sewerage smell ignored request
The breakfast options met my needs, catering to various dietary preferences.
The room smelled strongly of sewage. This woke me up. Requests to address the problem were IGNORED, despite daily calls. I waited all day, but maintenance never arrived.

underwhelming stay
food quality breakfast variety
the room had ample space it was just looking a bit tired.
the breakfast was okay but i enjoyed the variety of options less than expected. dinner at the thai restaurant was also okay but not the best i have had though i would rate it 6 out of 10. the overall food quality did not fully meet expectations.

the kids waterslide area was great it kept the little ones entertained for hours the aqua aerobics in the pool was also a fun activity i decided to join the hilton club i received discounts on food and beverages this also gave me free wifi access
the maravau restaurant did not meet my expectations it was very poor value for money

our garden view guestroom lounge had very spacious rooms with great amenities i appreciated the comfort and functionality the room provided ample space for relaxation and all essential facilities were readily available.

the staff displayed a warm attitude and professionalism their friendly service made my stay comfortable they greeted me with smiles and provided attentive assistance at every turn i was very satisfied with the service i received.

the breakfast offered many options fitting various dietary needs the plentiful and rich options catered to everyone's tastes the restaurant staff did an excellent job attending to all customer needs during breakfast and lunch service.
